I flew in from London for my first interview with Juan Conesa, which we did in English followed by a second interview with Jos\u00e9 Esteban Conesa in French, as I didn&#8217;t speak Spanish at the time. <\/p>\n<h2>In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?<\/h2>\n<p>A Spanish family business with a very international focus. <\/p>\n<h2>What do you think is our main strength?<\/h2>\n<p>Having a flat organizational structure and fast and efficient decision making. <\/p>\n<h2>After 60 years: what are you most proud of?<\/h2>\n<p>Where we have reached while maintaining a quality of service that makes us stand out in the market. <\/p>\n<h2>Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way? <\/h2>\n<p>After my interview with Jos\u00e9 Esteban in December, I was invited to the Christmas dinner, and at that time I did not know if I had the job.
