When and how did you become part of the company?<\/h2>\n

I first joined Paconsa on 15 October 2003 until 15 August 2006. I was working with a Paconsa client, Fresh Royal. There was a vacancy in the company in Lepe, so I took on the challenge of joining the project. I joined Primafrio in September 2020.<\/p>\n

In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?<\/h2>\n

Demand, commitment, seriousness, winning mentality, never stop improving and devising to grow in the quality of service, development of challengues.<\/p>\n

What do you think is our main strength?<\/h2>\n

Undoubtedly the daily commitment to ensure that customers do not miss out on Primafrio’s service, based on the culture developed by Paconsa.<\/p>\n

After 60 years: what are you most proud of?<\/h2>\n

There is no doubt about the human quality of the people who run the company. Thanks to my move to Murcia, together with my family, I was able to discover what great people they are. They make people like me say with great affection and pride that we work at Primafrio. <\/p>\n

Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way? <\/h2>\n

Without a doubt, the first face-to-face interview with Jos\u00e9 Esteban Conesa, at the Molina de Segura base in September 2003. That interview changed my life; thanks to the opportunity he gave me, I have to admit that my life took a radical turn for the better. <\/p>\n
