When and how did you become part of the company?
I started in November 2015 because Manuel Martínez informed me that there was a vacancy in the department. I knew Manuel because we had worked together for many years in another company where I did my internship.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
One of the qualities would be to always try to grow a little more and the commitment to innovation.
The values I would highlight would be the companionship, the good atmosphere among colleagues and the passion for the work.
What do you think is our main strength?
As a strong point, I would highlight the fact that we are always moving forward, looking for solutions to the problems that arise along the way and learning from them so that they are not repeated.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
I am proud to be part of this company and of some important changes in it such as the change from key-operated mobile phones to smartphones and the move to the Alhama headquarters which was done in one weekend.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
Once I was in a supermarket in my village and a man with an Eastern European accent stopped me and asked me if I could fix his mobile phone. At first I didn’t know what he meant until I saw that the phone was one of ours and he was a company driver.
I fixed it and he left very happy.
