When and how did you become part of the company?
My first contact with Primafrio was in 2009, when I was hired as an independent professional to implement their quality and environmental management system. It was in January 2015 when Juan Conesa proposed me to join the team.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
In my opinion, the values that best define the organization are the strong commitment to employees, the commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, as well as the commitment to environmental protection.
What do you think is our main strength?
One of our strong points is our commitment to employee training and innovation. Primafrio is oriented towards the future, in constant evolution, towards a more efficient and sustainable transport, hand in hand with the integration of the most modern technology in the transport sector.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
I am very proud of the company’s roots in the Region of Murcia, as well as the creation of the Primafrio Foundation, which provides innovative responses to society’s economic, social and environmental challenges. Through the Foundation, many groups have been helped to achieve their goals.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
For me, a very special moment was when I went to Los Alcázares representing the Primafrio Foundation to present the awards to the athletes of the Spanish Sports Federation for the Intellectually Disabled (FEDDI) at the national championship.
These athletes conveyed to me their lack of prejudice towards others, their authenticity, their joy, their enthusiasm for life and sport, their fair play, their ability to win and to lose…..
An example of how to bring the values of sport into everyday life.
It was a magical and unforgettable morning.
