When and how did you become part of the company?
I first joined Paconsa on 15 October 2003 until 15 August 2006. I was working with a Paconsa client, Fresh Royal. There was a vacancy in the company in Lepe, so I took on the challenge of joining the project. I joined Primafrio in September 2020.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
Demand, commitment, seriousness, winning mentality, never stop improving and devising to grow in the quality of service, development of challengues.
What do you think is our main strength?
Undoubtedly the daily commitment to ensure that customers do not miss out on Primafrio’s service, based on the culture developed by Paconsa.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
There is no doubt about the human quality of the people who run the company. Thanks to my move to Murcia, together with my family, I was able to discover what great people they are. They make people like me say with great affection and pride that we work at Primafrio.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
Without a doubt, the first face-to-face interview with José Esteban Conesa, at the Molina de Segura base in September 2003. That interview changed my life; thanks to the opportunity he gave me, I have to admit that my life took a radical turn for the better.
Wherever I go, the Conesa surname will have an unconditional value both in my person and in my family.
