When and how did you become part of the company?
Since October 2008. Newly arrived in Molina de segura from the offices in Abarán.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
In terms of the company’s qualities, I would highlight perseverance and effort. In addition, I would highlight the management’s desire to improve, not to stagnate, to innovate and to improve in all areas of the company.
What do you think is our main strength?
Bearing in mind the above qualities, one of our strengths is to know how to transmit this culture of effort to others, and to make us feel proud that we work in it.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
What I am most proud of is that I have experienced every step of the company’s growth, as well as the colleagues who have remained in my department, and even in others. I have been able to see them grow personally and professionally, being an important part of the first refrigerated transport company.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
I share several memories: when I arrived the first day in Molina de Segura, with concern.
Friday dinners in Molina while we waited for the a review.
The excitement of the change to Alhama de Murcia.
The loss of Don José.
The participation in some of the Primafrio Foundation’s events, which moved me.
