When and how did you become part of the company?
started at Christmas 2012, a few days before New Year’s Eve 2012 – 2013.
An old colleague from a previous job joined Primafrio that year, and when she heard they were looking for someone with French, she recommended me. I was not looking for a job at the time as I had just started a master’s degree in international trade while helping out in the family business.
It was all very fast. I remember that the first interview was with Alex de Vaan at the Molina facilities, the second was with Juan Conesa and a few days later I started working.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
Qualities: Continuous pursuit of excellence in the service offered.

What do you think is our main strength?
Primafrio’s main strength is its human capital in addition to its experience in the market, of course.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
I am proud to have contributed to this growth and to belong today to the leading company in the sector.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
I will always remember my first business trip. I had not yet been with the company for a year when I organized my first trip. The first day I was to make the visits with Nicolas Leroy, to learn how to present the company, and the rest I would do them with Juan Conesa. But there were last minute changes in Juan’s schedule, and I finally had to continue the trip on my own.
He left me his car in Lille on a Tuesday afternoon, and told me to pick it up on Thursday afternoon at the train station in Marseille. I crossed the whole country with the boss’s car and although there were a few anecdotes, especially when I had to enter Paris to visit a client, it was a very enriching experience both professionally and personally.
