When and how did you become part of the company?
I have been with the company since 2005, 18 years ago. I started in the travel department and after about a year I moved to the invoicing department where I am still working today.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
I believe that the greatest value that defines the company is that despite being a large company and having a continuous growth, it has not lost the familiar and close treatment towards all of us who are part of it.
One quality, the desire to improve that they have in the transport sector and the ability to adapt to the times, betting on modernisation in general.
What do you think is our main strength?
Human capital, hard work and perseverance.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
The quality of service that the company is able to offer its customers.
Another point to highlight is the work-life balance.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
I remember with special affection, the first time I entered the new facilities in Alhama, seeing the giant in front of me and being part of it. It came to my mind how things had changed since we started in Murcia with the first 50 trucks and now we were leaders in road transport.
