When and how did you become part of the company?
I started in September 1998, and at that time they needed someone to help them start digitalizing the company.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
The greatest quality for me would be the easy and agile adaptation of the company to any change or challenge that comes its way.
The values that I believe this company has are to take care of the customer by giving them the best of our company, which is quality, and to have a group of people with great qualities and to bet on an increasingly better future.
What do you think is our main strength?
The strong point for me would be that we are a company with a great desire to grow, but always with our feet on the ground.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
To be part of a company where I have been treated like one of the family.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
I could comment on many, but one that I will never forget is when they told me that we had to make “the sausage” by computer. As you can understand, at that moment I had a poker face and I said: – what do you mean, a sausage by computer? – . Nowadays it is where the company’s resources are available, it is computerized and it is also called “sausage” or “mother”.
