When and how did you become part of the company?
My experience at Primafrio started in 2016, when I was called to be part of the billing department after leaving my CV, so I have been part of the company for approximately 7 years.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
The qualities to be highlighted would be the commitment and loyalty to the customer, the careful development and commitment to its employees, the commitment to the environment and the professionalism with which all types of processes are carried out.
In terms of values, what struck me the most was and is that despite being a company of this magnitude and with a large number of employees, the atmosphere and the treatment between all the components of Primafrio is like that of a big family and that is something very special.
What do you think is our main strength?
Primafrio’s strength is commitment, commitment to its customers, commitment to its employees and commitment to the environment.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
What I am most proud of is to see the great growth of the company at all levels, adapting to the times, overcoming adversities, such as COVID 19, which I had to experience from the inside and in which the company was in the front line at all times, and all this without losing its essence as a family business and always looking after its human capital.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
The truth is that I have many good moments since I started working at Primafrio that I will remember, but I will always remember the interest and support I received from colleagues and superiors at certain times, which has been a great help and is very important to me.
