When and how did you become part of the company?
I started working at Primafrio in December 2013 in the accounting department.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
As qualities I would highlight mainly the resilience of the company and the ability to be the best and the first in everything they propose. One of the values that most define the company is the effort and dedication of both the owners and the workers.
What do you think is our main strength?
Agility in adapting to new environments and new opportunities.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
To be able to continue being part of a company that is continuously growing and focused on continuous improvement.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
I think one experience I remember fondly was when I first arrived at Primafrio. I was December 15th and the company dinner was just the following week. I didn’t really know anyone yet except the person who was working in reception at the time, but I decided to go in order to meet the people I hoped to be working with for many years to come. And the truth is that even though I was quite embarrassed, I was quite happy to see that people took a lot of interest in making you feel comfortable and at ease. That made me think that the people I was going to spend so much time with throughout the day were going to be able to give me something positive. And the truth is that this also made me see the kind of people Primafrio hires and made me feel proud to have been selected to be part of this family.
