When and how did you become part of the company?
I started working in 1996. At that time, my mother and Vicente, the brother of Fina – José Esteban’s mother – knew each other, and he asked her if she wanted to join the company. That was the beginning of my career in what was Paconsa -today Primafrío-.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
I would highlight, among others, the commitment and close relationship with customers, suppliers, drivers, staff…, and the continuous innovation in all areas to improve day by day. These qualities are also values that define us, and thanks to them we are growing as an international benchmark company.
What do you think is our main strength?
The enormous diversification we have, which allows us to cover all types of trips, goods, as well as continuous training in both logistics and efficient driving.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
I am proud to see the evolution of the company. The growth and expansion of the company, maintaining values from the beginning that represent it so well.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
I remember the early years, when the number of drivers, office staff and management made us a big family, and at Christmas, one day we would gather as many people as possible on the premises and celebrate a big meal. That day was a party, from which an even stronger union between all the components of the company emerged.
