When and how did you become part of the company?
Since February 2010, I came here through the company of an acquaintance.
In your opinion, what qualities would you highlight about the company, and what do you think are the values that best define us?
Mainly, the constant search for excellence and a job well done, not just doing the job anyway, but with attention to detail. And another important one is the concern for evolution, knowing how to grow without ceasing to “keep up to date” with the current times in all senses.
What do you think is our main strength?
Although it sounds strange… the one that “everything works out”, even in the worst circumstances in which it seems that there is no way to do something, everything is achieved, there is no impossible challenge. We are all-rounders.
After 60 years: what are you most proud of?
To see and be part of how a company that began as a family business has reached enormous heights, and continues to grow and evolve without leaving aside that “family and close” character, no matter how big it becomes. A situation that is only achieved, moreover, by the involvement of all those who make up the company, whatever their status within it.
Do you have any remarkable experiences or moments that you remember in a special way?
Over 13 and a half years there have been many experiences and moments, but perhaps, being the moment in the company’s history that it is, and referring to the family nature of the company, I would like to focus on the one that caught my attention. I had only been with the company for a few weeks, and when both Mr. José and Mrs. Josefina appeared in the Molina office, I saw the respect, affection and closeness that was transmitted between both of them and the former employees.
